Nobody is happy when one of our vending machines fails to operate properly. That is why our service personnel are trained in preventative maintenance to minimize machine downtime. They are backed by a strong maintenance department. Our maintenance department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the toll-free number posted on all of our machines. We take these calls seriously and will respond to them promptly.
